Sleep Analysis Study

According to CNN, a new study published in JAMA Pediatrics found that children and teens, using cell phones, tablets and computers at night is associated with losing sleep time and sleep quality. The analysis found “a consistent pattern of effect across a wide range of countries and settings,” said Dr. Ben Carter, lead author and a senior lecturer in biostatistics at King’s College London. The study conducted by Carter and his colleagues sifted through hundreds of similar studies where they chose to extract pertinent data and perform their own meta-analysis.
