TRX is the latest fitness craze to take over the world. Created by a Navy SEAL, it’s a form of suspension training workout done with specially made straps that work on your strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at the same time. In other words, it’s super intense but totally worth it.
The beauty of this contraption is that you can buy it in any fitness shop and use it anywhere you want – your dorm room, gym, nearby park, and the list goes on. All you have to do is tie the straps onto a secure area and have at it. You can find a ton of detailed workouts online for you to use as a guideline. If you’re not the DIY type, most gyms have them and offer classes or personal training sessions for you to get your sweat on.

Remember, you’re not going to be able to do every workout right off the bat. The whole point is that the lower you go, the more body weight you use and the harder the workout gets. Meaning there is always room for improvement and you choose the level of difficulty. If you stick to an at least twice a week workout for as little as two weeks, you’ll see yourself getting better and stronger very quickly.
An awesome way to make this workout even more fun is to make it a group activity. Get a couple of these contraptions and make it a fit party for all.
